COVID-19 Tenant Information and Resources
The health and safety of our tenants, employees, and future tenants is our top priority. We've made changes to ensure that appropriate social distance is maintained in all our interactions with you. What remains unchanged is our commitment to being available when you need us. Here's how Broadstreet Properties is here for you:
- Our 24/7 Client Services team is available by phone at 1-866-736-8515, by email at info@broadstreet.ca, and via Chat at broadstreet.ca.
- Site Managers are available by appointment only via phone or email.
Rental Centre and Amenity Closure
With the health and safety of residents and staff being paramount at this time, we have closed our Rental Centres to walk-in traffic.
Please rest assured that although the offices are closed, Broadstreet staff can still be reached and will remain actively involved in responding to residents.
In line with Public Health's recommended social distancing measures, the closure of community amenities such as Community Lounges, Community Fitness Rooms, and Dog Wash Stations will remain in effect. We will re-open them once it is deemed safe to do so.
Building and Suite Maintenance
Property cleaning schedules will be maintained along with increased frequency and focus on disinfecting high traffic areas such as door handles and elevator call buttons.
This means that we will continue to provide the great cleaning and maintenance that our tenants have come to expect. When entering and working in buildings and individual suites, staff are taking the precautions necessary to keep our tenants and staff safe.
