On Sunday, June 10th, the Regina Property Management team represented Broadstreet in this annual fundraiser, presented by K-Lane Kennels. All proceeds went towards the Regina Humane Society, which helps over 4,000 homeless animals each year.
Incorporated in 1964 as a non-profit organization, the Society has improved animal welfare with 46 staff and over 600 active volunteers. They have raised awareness about animal welfare in the community through programs and services in sheltering, protection and advocacy, while relying on public donations and support.
This well-known, RHS event brings local residents and their dogs together to enjoy festivities like music, food & games. Attendees went for a walk around Wascana Lake with the dogs and showed off their puppy's special tricks at the Best Trick competition and Best Costume competition. Broadstreet staff handed out dog treats and candy for the kids, as well as stylish bandanas for their pups.
We're glad to see this RHS event garner so much support again this year!
