Broadstreet’s Jardin Apartments offers 1, 2, and 3-bedroom pet-friendly apartments located in vibrant Northern St. Albert. Inside your spacious, open-concept suite you’ll feel right at home with air conditioning, in-suite laundry, and full-sized kitchen appliances. These brand new apartments also sport other amenities such as in-suite internet, a dog washing station, dog run, keyless entry, community gardens, and a playground to make our community feel like a home.
Located on the northern side of St. Albert, your new home is only a short drive from downtown and is conveniently located with easy access to all of St. Albert’s downtown amenities. This includes Walmart, Dollarama, and Home Depot. The location is ideal for families with convenient access to various schools as well as being a short drive from the Lone Spruce Driving Range for those weekend family outings.

Parking
All our parking stalls are numbered and assigned. Spaces may be rented and are subject to availability. Contact our 24/7 Client Services team for after-hours visitor passes.
Pet Policy
We believe that pets are an important part of your family, so Broadstreet Properties welcomes two pets per unit, which may be any combination of cat and/or dog.
We strive to provide an environment where your pets feel at home. Broadstreet guarantees a welcoming and sanitary atmosphere by providing treats in our offices and pet waste stations at all our rental communities. We also have dog runs and pet washing stations at select locations.
To maintain a safe and comfortable environment for our residents, all pets must attend a pet interview for approval. For a dog to be approved, they must be no taller than 56 cm (22") at the shoulder. In addition to breed restrictions in local by-laws, the following purebreds or mixed breeds are not permitted: German Shepherds, Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Presa Canarios, and Boxers.
