The neighbourhood also provides plenty of multi-use trails and is near to schools, shopping, and the Trans-Canada Highway.
Tenants at Willows Crossing can enjoy several on-site amenities, such as Broadstreet’s community gardens, underground parking, and beautiful outdoor space to bask in stunning Vancouver Island views. Suites at Willows Crossing offer five full-size appliances, including a washer and dryer, ample outdoor space, and contemporary finishings and amenities. Parking
All our parking stalls are numbered and assigned. Spaces may be rented and are subject to availability. Contact our 24/7 Client Services team for after-hours visitor passes.
Pet Policy
We believe that pets are an important part of your family, so Broadstreet Properties welcomes two pets per unit, which may be any combination of cat and/or dog.
We strive to provide an environment where your pets feel at home. Broadstreet guarantees a welcoming and sanitary atmosphere by providing treats in our offices and pet waste stations at all our rental communities. We also have dog runs and pet washing stations at select locations.
To maintain a safe and comfortable environment for our residents, all pets must attend a pet interview for approval. For a dog to be approved, they must be no taller than 56 cm (22") at the shoulder. In addition to breed restrictions in local by-laws, the following purebreds or mixed breeds are not permitted: German Shepherds, Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Presa Canarios, and Boxers.
